Our fresh approach to pricing means you can design our cleaning service to suit your needs including as much, or as little as you want. We pride ourselves on being upfront and honest with our pricing. One set hourly charge for standard regular cleaning and one set hourly charge for one off cleaning services, simple!
REGULAR CLEANING SERVICE
As unique as you are
Our regular cleaning service can be as often or as infrequent as you wish. There will always be a minimum period of three hours for our regular daily cleaners, weekly cleaners, fortnightly cleaners so it's not suited to those who want only an hour or so ad-hoc cleaning.
Our regular cleaning service can be as light or as thorough as you wish. It can include dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, wet washing hard surfaced floors, removing cobwebs, cleaning hobs and wiping ovens(not deep cleaning), wiping cupboard fronts, polishing furniture, dusting or washing skirting boards and doors, tidying up and making beds. We are happy to consider any other services you require so please contact us. Whatever you choose, the same hourly rate applies.
MOVING IN AND MOVING OUT CLEANING
Making it easy
Moving in and Moving Out cleaning in Berkshire is designed to make a stressful time as easy as possible for you. Subject to availability we will time our cleaning service perfectly to tie in with your moving day.
Our Moving in or Out Cleaning service can clean to kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, dens and snugs, hallways and entrances. It can include vacuuming of all carpets and wet washing of hard floors. We can also tackle occasional 'light spot staining' to carpets. We can clean all skirting boards, switches and sockets plus remove dust from radiators. In bathrooms we will clean and descale toilets, sinks, showers and baths plus make sure taps are polished. In kitchens we can clean worktops, cupboards inside and out, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers on the outside (inside cleaning and descaling can also be included on request), fridges and freezers inside and out (must be empty and defrosted), sinks and taps cleaned and descaled and oven cleaning can also be included. Whatever you decide is needed, the same one off cleaning fee applies plus the same one off hourly cleaning rate.
SPRING CLEANING
Clean and fresh for the months ahead
Spring Cleaning usually means that your property is fully furnished. Our Berkshire Spring Cleaning Service can cover any room such as kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, dens and snugs, hallways and entrances. It can include vacuuming of all carpets and wet washing of hard floors. We will endeavour to also remove occasional 'light spot staining' to carpets where possible. In kitchens we can clean worktops and cupboard fronts, washing machines, white goods on the outside (inside cleaning and descaling can also be included on request), sinks and taps cleaned and descaled. . We can make sure we dust furniture, switches and light fittings and polish furniture that can be polished. We happy to include other things you require so please ask. Please note that we will move and clean under and behind furniture that can be easily moved by one person. If you require heavy furniture to be moved for cleaning then please contact us. Again, our simple charging structure means you pay the same rate, regardless of what we do for you, no catches and no suprises!
AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING
Experts in dust
After Builders cleaning can sometimes be charged at extortionate rates or priced at excessive one off charges to cover the whole job. At The Little Cottage Cleaning Company we charge you the same one off cleaning fee and the same one off cleaning hourly rate as we do for spring cleaning and moving home cleaning. Our cleaners can clear up any remnants of building debris and move as much of the building dust as possible! We can make sure new wall tiling is polished in bathrooms and kitchens plus floor tiling is wet cleaned. We will make sure floors are clean ready for their carpets or coverings to be fitted. As usual we can also clean the insides of windows that are accessible. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will be happy to help.
