All of our staff are directly employed by us, not contractors and not self employed. They are fully insured and work in a friendly, safe environment where they enjoy all the usual benefits of being a permanent employee. Remember, we are not an cleaning agency or broker who will send you a self employed contractor who we have never met. We are a local, independent, cleaning company that employs our own staff, trains our own cleaners and ensures you get the best quality cleaning services you deserve.

If you are requesting regular cleaning services then your initial clean will always be carried out by a supervisor or manager. They will take you through the property and make notes of your exact requirements. Once your initial clean is complete they will ask for your feedback and adjust their notes where necessary to make sure everything is to your liking. If you decide to continue then these notes will form the basis of your ongoing service. Of course, you can alter these tasks week to week and add or remove duties. Once you are happy we will introduce you to your named cleaner who will continue with the work we have agreed on a regular basis. You will be asked for feedback on a regular basis to ensure standards are maintained and that you are happy with our work.

If you are requesting a one off service then your team of cleaners will always include at least one supervisor or manager who will control the schedule of work to be done. We will never leave your property until the work is complete and you are totally happy with the work we have done.
